About
I provide quality landscape design and consultation services for homeowners, businesses and landscape contractors in the Nashville area. I assist homeowners in making decisions about landscapes, hardscapes, and exterior paint color. My expertise is in plant selections and space planning to create well-designed outdoor spaces that fit your lifestyle and budget.
Experience
Before moving to Nashville, I provided landscape designs and annual/perennial installation services in the Atlanta area for twenty years. With over thirty years of gardening experience, I understand first-hand the importance of using the right plant for the right spot. My education includes a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and Master Gardener Certification. Hands on gardening experience, an eye for design and a passion for nature guide me in creating my designs.
Throughout the years, my personal gardens have been included in several home and garden tours and in Southern Living and Inside Gwinnett magazines. The garden surrounding my renovated turn of the century home in Atlanta was included in many scenes when our home was used as a set for two movies (A Walk in the Woods with Robert Redford and Emma Thompson and Mother’s Day starring Jennifer Anniston, Julie Roberts and Kate Hudson).
